mainly within the EU. Prior to consulting, Mr. Boss founded an international law firm in London and merged it into Houston based Vinson and Elkins. | |

company and is an advisor to Crestview Capital, a PIPE fund. | |

Robert H. Whilden III

Mr. Whilden is a member of the executive committee and is a corporate finance professional with extensive experience in finance and
mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining CES, Mr. Whilden was a Managing Partner of Buffalo Capital Partners, a private equity firm that he co-founded.
Prior to Buffalo Capital Partners, Mr. Whilden was with RBC Capital Markets in their investment banking division. Mr. Whilden received his B.B.A from the
University of Texas. Mr. Whilden also received a J.D. and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Mr. Whilden is a licensed attorney in
the State of Texas and holds series 7 and series 63 securities licenses. Mr. Whilden currently serves on the Board of Directors of Jaffer Holdings Corp. and Griffin Pipeline

managed small and large energy infrastructure projects throughout the United States. Mr. Porter is also is a recognized expert in the coordination and resolution of

companies. During his tenure, Mr. Cooke has also been assigned to subsidiary companies for exploration/production efforts, refinery upgrades, and the new
construction of NGL plants. Mr. Cooke has a wealth of experience with system purchasing contracts and is intimately involved in the purchasing of $200 million
a year in major equipment for new natural gas pipelines and facilities. | |
